1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

4 Account Registration

4.1 To access real-money gaming services on jili22, you must complete the registration process and create an account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on jili22 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.4 You must notify jili22 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account, by contacting our support team via live chat.

4.5 jili22 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide specific justification, provided this is done in a manner consistent with applicable law.

5 KYC Identity Verification

5.1 In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and responsible gaming standards, all jili22 accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed.

5.2 KYC verification requires the submission of the following documentation:

6 Financial Terms: Deposits & Withdrawals

jili22 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash-in, Coins.ph, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, Maya) are typically credited to your account balance immediately. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution and are outside jili22's direct control.

Deposits are accepted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) or the currency equivalent specified for USDT transactions. jili22 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees, for which jili22 accepts no responsibility.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that are in the same name as the registered jili22 account holder. jili22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. A completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified.

E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days. jili22 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banks.

6.3 Currency and Exchange

The primary currency for jili22 accounts is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where USDT or other cryptocurrency deposits are accepted, conversion to PHP is applied at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are the sole risk of the account holder.

7 Bonus & Promotions Policy

7.1 jili22 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion and to the general provisions of this clause.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. 7.4 Validity Period. All bonuses are subject to a validity period. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements that remain incomplete at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically voided and removed from your account balance.

Actions constituting bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using bonus funds in a manner calculated to exploit wagering requirements with mathematically low-risk outcomes, collusion with other players, use of automated software, or any other behavior jili22 determines to be contrary to the spirit of its promotional offers. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended, all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be voided, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR.

7.6 jili22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will be notified of any material changes affecting their active bonus.

7.7 Bonuses are offered at jili22's sole discretion and no player has a legal entitlement to receive any specific promotional offer.

8 Gameplay Rules

8.1 jili22 offers slots, live casino, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, and fishing games. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or its associated help section. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

8.5 Technical Failures. Where game state data is unavailable or inconclusive, jili22 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account balance.

8.6 Winnings and losses are final once a game round is completed and results are confirmed in your account transaction history. jili22 does not reverse or adjust completed game outcomes except in cases of verified software malfunction or data corruption.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili22 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one (1) account on jili22, whether under your own identity or any other;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account and its balance will be restricted until the investigation is concluded. jili22 will make reasonable efforts to conclude investigations in a timely manner.

10.3 Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, jili22 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account that are attributable to prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity. Funds attributable to legitimate deposits may be returned at jili22's discretion following investigation.

10.4 Players may voluntarily close their jili22 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method, provided all applicable withdrawal conditions have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.4 Players agree that any claim against jili22 must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this limitation period are barred.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 jili22 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
